Shipping & Handling
All of our jewelry is handcrafted so please expect 7-10 days for your item to be made and shipped.
If you need your order sooner please contact us for expedited orders.
All domestic orders are shipped US Postal Service Priority mail at a flat rate of $6 and arrive 3-5 business
days after they have been shipped. For Orders within the state of California, sales tax will be applied.
International orders are sent US Postal Service Express Priority Mail and will need 5 to 14 business days after
being shipped to arrive (longer if held in customs). We are not responsible for any import taxes, custom duties
and fees that may occur.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept a return or exchange.
Simply contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for instructions on to initiate a return/exchange.

We package all of our orders with great care. Incase there is some damage because of transportation please
contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

Maintenance Tips
-Avoid contact with skin care products, hair products, cooking and cleaning products.
Apply beauty products, scents or cosmetics before you put on your jewelry.
-Do not wear jewelry while swimming, bathing, showering, exercising or
doing household tasks.
-Store your jewelry separately, so it doesn’t rub and scratch against each other.
To maintain their finish, keep your jewelry clean and dry. Please place them in a moisture free environment.
-Jewelry can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a very soft toothbrush.
Afterwards rinse thoroughly and dry well. This is all you should need to brighten them up.
We advise against polishing cloths and dips as they deposit residue onto the metal.
Remember to treat your jewelry kindly and don't forget, jewelry is meant to be worn, seen and enjoyed!
